How do I request a sample of the fabrics? Fill out the Brochure/Fabric Request form on website.

Are XS or XL Sizes available?  Yes – in some items – check product descriptions for size availability.

When will my order ship?  Ordered items are not guaranteed to be in stock. Most in stock orders will ship within 3 business days.  Out of stock and Personalized Orders will ship within 7 to 14 days business days. Please call if you have a RUSH order.

What if I have a deadline?  2nd Day & Next Day UPS Shipping is available on the website. Call to confirm available order shipment date.

Do you ship COD Orders?  Sorry, COD is not available. Fax or telephone orders can be prepaid by Money Order.

What forms of payment are accepted on the website?  We accept VISA, MC, American Express, and Discover.

How can I track my order shipment?  If you provide us your email adress when you place your order, your tracking information will be emailed to you through UPS Quantum Notify when your order is shipped. You can use this tracking informatio to track your shipment on our website.

Can I personalize my salon apparel with my salon name and/or logo or individual names?  Yes, we offer Screen Printing & Embroidery services.

How do I submit my artwork for Screen Printing or Embroidery?  Send "black on white" camera-ready art in a high resolution tif file or jpeg format to

How do I care for my salon apparel?  Follow instructions on care labels inside garments for machine washing and drying.

How do I request a Return?  Go to the Return Policy page of the website for instructions.

Do you have a Quality Guarantee?  Gavson Salon Classics maintains a reputation for providing quality salon apparel proudly Made in USA. Please report any manufacturer defect for prompt replacement. We cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been improperly used or have not been laundered according to care label instructions.
